» 3G 30: Start MS-assisted GPS and get GPS info

This example shows how start the GPS in MS-assisted mode and it waits for GPS data is available.

Required Materials

1 x Waspmote
1 x battery
1 x 3G + GPS module
1 x GPS antena
1 x GPRS/3G antena
1 x SIM card

Notes

-GPS antenna should be outdoor in order to get GPS signal from satellites
- For MS-assisted and MS-based it's necessary connect to internet.
- 3G module must be powered with a battery
- This example can be executed in Waspmote v12 and Waspmote v15
