And y i cant receive the data from waspmote gateway when i program a waspmote?
i have follow all the steps in this link, viewtopic.php?f=14&t=7700
able to get data direct by using a usb cable, but not using waspmote gateway....
Do i have to program waspmote gateway also , or is there anything i miss out?

Hi justforfun,

you can find the start program for the different XBee modules in this post:

viewtopic.php?f=14&t=7741

Regarding your other question, the Waspmote Gateway cannot be programmed since it doesn't contain a microcontroller or another processing unit, it is just an interface to receive and send data from or to Waspmote from a serial terminal. You can find many samples of code for communication in the IDE's XBEE Examples section, just select the one according to the model you have, and let us know your results.

Regards.

Hello justforfun,

Never mind, this errors are common when starting the study of Waspmote.

Please be sure of reading the Waspmote's Check List, and study each step in detail:
viewtopic.php?f=14&t=7700&start=0

Also, there are several guides that should be read to get a good knowledge of Waspmote, and they can be found here:

Best regards
