Can you tell us the serial number and the invoice number?

Sorry, I do not have the invoice number. Is it possible to remove the password?

There is no s/n on the outside of the casing. On the inside of the casing and on the main board is a sticker with the following number 09016100947745. Where else can I look?

To resolve the problem if have done the following

edit /var/www/meshlium/core/globals/users.php and put this line in

Code:
'root' => crypt('libelium', '$1$5eq/nWmt$')


I can them log on to the system and do a password change. This removes the crypt from the user.php file
