But now, it is very strange that you have one Xbee which is not working.

Can you check (if you still have not checked) the Xbee module with X-CTU tool? Can you communicate with Xbee module using normal AT commands?

Can you run a basic example with this Xbee?

It could be that Xbee module is wrong but it is very strange.

tell us before going further.
