OTAP java sources available?

Is the source code for the OTAP commands available?

My problem is that I just found out my demonstration platform is very limited in its support for Java and I really need the 'start_new_program' command in order for the demo to be successful (even with the 45 second timeout delay).

No, the OTA shell is not available for the users. Please explain what problem you are experincing and we will try to solve it.

If the source is closed then I will just have to work around the fact. My plan was to attempt to port it to something our development platform does support but that is now not possible.
