Problem to upload to board.

Hi,
I have a problem, I cant´t upload the code in the board I have this error:

avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x30
avrdude: stk500_disable(): protocol error, expect=0x14, resp=0x51

I tried to connect on all ports but I have the same error, and the driver is properly installed. I don´t know where is the problem.
(I have Windows7 32bits)

Please read Waspmote checklist carefully and follow all steps.

Did you unplugg Xbee module before upload a code?
