FW upgrade remotly

Dear All, dear libelium-dev,

does already exist a sketch or a tutorial to upgrade FW into ATmega with FTP download via GPRS connection to obtain new file, and than ATmega autoreprograms itself with special bootloader?

Does exist also via radio link this possibility?

And at last: if I've a network composed by Waspnotes only devices, where one only is equipped with GPRS module, does already exist a procedure with SD storage help, that can download new upgrading files via FTP on GPRS device, and than send new files via local radio to other Waspnotes end-points?

Hi,

Unfortunately, re-programming Over The Air (OTA) is not available yet, but we are working on it and it will be available in the following weeks.

For the moment, it will be available to re-program Waspmote using the XBees.

Is Over the air firmware upgrade for GPRS now ?

Hi,

Waspmotes firmware upgrade will be available using XBees but not GPRS for the moment. In future releases it will be included too.
