Global Supply Chain Research Forum: May 29 – 30, Zaragoza, SP

Libelium will participate at the 3rd Global Supply Chain Research Forum, an event organized by ZLC. The conference will take place between 29th and 30th of May in Zaragoza (Spain).

Alicia Asín, Libelium CTO, will participate in a panel about “Sustainable Value Networks”. The session will show how the value networks approach has become an emerging area of sustainability. Indeed, the global logistics supply chain network needs to empower businesses to reduce their carbon footprint, while a strong framework of collaboration among private sector, government and society is needed for achieving such target.

FIWARE Summit: May 29 – 31, Ultrech, NL

Libelium will participate at the 2nd FIWARE Summit between 29 and 31 of May. The event will take place at Media Plaza Jaarbeurs in Ultrech, The Netherlands.

Ana Sancho, Libelium KAM for Agriculture and Water, will give a speech about her insight in Smart Agriculture sector in the session “ICT challenges of the Agri-food value chain” explaining some real IoT projects in strawberry or corn crops. The session will take place at 11:30 on Tuesday 30th at Glow Room.

Flex Conference 2017: June 19 – 22, Monterey, US

Libelium will take part at Flex Conference 2017 from June 19 to June 22. The event will be at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa, in Monterey.

David Bordonada, Libelium Key Account Manager of Online Channel and Channel Sales America, will give a keynote about the possibilities of IoT in eHealth and telemedicine. Besides, he will give some examples about real projects made with MySignals.

SCI 2017: June 28 – 30, Vitoria-Gasteiz, SP

Libelium will participate at SCI 2017 (XIII CEA Simposium of Intelligent Control) between 28 and 30 of June. The event will take place in the Engineering University of UPV/EHU in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Sergio Buen, KAM of Education & MySignals, will participate in a session on Friday morning (30th) about the challenges of education in IoT sector. He will talk about the IoT Spartans Challenge, a program opened to technical schools and students to cover the gap between skills demanded by IoT companies and practical knowledge of workforce.
