» 3G 01: Changing power mode from ON to POWER_OFF

This example shows how to change the power mode from ON to POWER_OFF using the function setMode().

Required Materials

1 x Waspmote
1 x battery
1 x 3G + GPS module

Notes

- This example must be mastered by those users who want increase battery life reducing the power consumption of the 3G + GPS board
- 3G module must be powered with a battery
- When 3G is in use, interrupts can't be used
- This exampe can be executed in Waspmote v12 and Waspmote v15

This mode only powers off the 3G module.
UART 1 still active and the mux is connected to the 3G module.
