» 3G 29: Start MS-based GPS and get GPS info

This example shows how start the GPS in MS-based mode and it waits for GPS data is available. When the GPS data is available shows it every two seconds.

Required Materials

1 x Waspmote
1 x battery
1 x 3G + GPS module
1 x GPS antena
1 x GPRS/3G antena
1 x SIM card

Notes

- GPS antenna should be outdoor in order to get GPS signal from satellites.
- For MS-assisted and MS-based modes it's necessary connect to internet.
- 3G module must be powered with a battery.
- This example can be executed in Waspmote v12 and Waspmote v15
