» GPS 07: Set RTC time from GPS

This example shows how to set the Time and Date from the GPS data.

Required Materials

1 x Waspmote
1 x Battery
1 x GPS module
1 x MiniUSB wire

Notes

* Keep in mind that external antennas are not valid for indoor locations.
* Once the time and date are set do not remove the button battery in order to keep the Time configuration.
* This example is only valid for Waspmote v12.
