Hello!
We have a smart parking sensor with LoRa module and I think its malfunctioning.
I have tried to reprogram it using the Smart Devices app and received several errors, you can see the errors in this folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing. Is there any way to check, debug it see what is the issue?

Hi,

Do you have smart parking v1?

Please connect the node to the computer, make sure the COM port selected is correct, turn the node ON and quickly press the Load from node button. The node goes to sleep mode after a few seconds if no operation is performed from the Smart Device application.

Do the LEDs of the node blinks?

Regards

Hi!

"Do you have smart parking v1?" - I am not sure, the smart parking sensor was purchased in August 2018.

"Please connect the node to the computer, make sure the COM port selected is correct, turn the node ON and quickly press the Load from node button. The node goes to sleep mode after a few seconds if no operation is performed from the Smart Device application."
- Tried this but is the same issue you can see the error message in the same folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing, I made another screenshot after trying this in the picture you can see I have selected the right port and immediately I have clicked load from the node. THE LEDs of the node did blink after I have clicked load from node - the first one was always green while the other two were blinking red (see picture LEDs node).

Hi,

If it was purchased in 2018, it's v1.

Are you able to read information from another node using the App?

Please copy here the content of the SmartDevicesApp.log file to check if it shows any error.

Regards

Hi,

So, I have checked again -> you can see picture 1 and 2 from the same folder, first its the node (I think everything is set ok, the node switch button is on, the LEDs are ok - the first one is green, the others two are blinking red) and in the second picture you can see the logs.
Unfortunately, this is the only smart parking node we ordered, I can not test on another smart parking node. But the application is working ok - we programmed some smart agriculture stations and air quality and its ok.

Hi,

Please go to file SmartDeviceApp_xxx/cfg/config.ini file and set log_level to debug. Then open the App and try to communicate with the parking node again. Share with us SmartDevicesApp.log file. If it's possible please share the complete file instead of a screenshot.

apikey =
log_level = debug
In addition, please provide us with more information about the computer used, OS, 32 or 64 bits...

Hello!

Please check the latest updates from this folder here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing
I have tested the 32bits app and gives error while refreshing ports, see the screenshots.
tested also the previous version of smart devices app for 64 bits, and seems to be the only one which shows in logs COM PORT 14.
The latest 64 bits version, even if I select the COM PORT 14 it shows COM PORT 1 in logs, check the logs files.

Thanks
