I am sure that my computer recognized the P&S infact I don't have problems for update the firmware by the IDE.

Please check if the path where is the hex file there is any folder with a space in the name. If there is any folder with a space please try to copy the hex file in other folder.

If it's still not working follow the next steps. In the folder where you extracted the Libelium Smart Devices App, you have a SmarDevicesApp.log file where is saved all the application logs. You can also change the log level (off, fatal, error, warn, info, debug, trace, all). In the cfg folder you have a config.ini file with this format

[app]
server = https://api.libelium.com/smartparking/setup.php
apikey = xxxx
log_level = debug

Please, set log level to "debug". Close the app and start it again. In the file previously mentioned will be stored all the logs more detailed then share with us the content to debug the issue.

Hi,

It seems an error with the path. Please try to copy the HELLO_W.hex file to the home path and try again.
