CO sensor's gone out of order

Post by Vefabrika1 » Mon Aug 06, 2018 2:10 pm

In April, our company bought several Plug&Sense Se_PRO LoRaWan devices and sensors for a project. We made 5 sets of sensor devices and mounted them (vertically, as advised in the instruction) in the streets for the purpose of air quality monitoring. Everything operated for several weeks, and the sensors have not been moved since installation. However, last week one of the Carbon Monoxide (CO) sensors (ID 9371-LC-P, invoice code 90269000) stopped transmitting any signals to our server. After checking it onsite, we discovered that the problem is with the inner part of the sensor - it does not to keep in a fixed position anymore. I have a photo of the sensor but I cannot post it in the forum. Since we need the sensors for an ongoing project, it is critical for us to have it repaired or replaced asap, as the project time is limited. Please help us solve the issue asap.
