LoRa SX1272 - duty cycle managemnt

Hi,

According to our library review, you have not included any mean of computing the duty cycle (i.e. computing the actual 'on air' transmission time).
We can add manually millis() function into the sendWithTimeout(uint32_t wait).
However this means we adjust your library - which is not futureproof.

Can you tell us if there are alternative ways?
If not, can you mark this as an item to correct for next releases? (also for any module using the ISM band).
