The voltage and water-proof function for SmatWater box

Post by Happy_code » Tue Oct 22, 2019 11:15 am

Hello Guys,

We are using the Smartwater Extreme sensor box. Just wondering:
(1) what is the voltage required for the Smartwater Extreme sensor box if we try to use electric socket instead of solar panel?
(2) what is the exactly size of the smart water sensor box?
(3) we suppose all the connector between sensor tubes and the socket on the sensor boxes are water-proof?

Thank you for answering!

Hi,

The solar panel socket admits voltage from 5v to 18v. Please don't exceed 18v since the device could be damaged.

You can find the size of a P&S in the following link

Yes, the connectors between the P&S and sensors are waterproof.

Regards
