Saving Sensor Data in string format instead of hex

Post by soopieng » Mon Sep 30, 2019 10:50 am

Hi Libelium,

I am new to this forum.

We got our waspmote v15 and smart water sensor board v3 recently. In order to do the bench test for the water quality sensors purchased, we would like to do a continuous sensor reading and data logger into the SD card. I have been reading some samples codes and searching through this forum, it seems that there is no available solution to log the sensor data as string data format in SD card. My only found is the datalogger samples code, which save as hex in the SD card.

May I check if it is designed to be as-is, only hex in the SD card, or I am just not lucky enough to find the right answer/resource for my application.
Thank you and would really appreciate your advice soon

Hi,

Data in ASCII format can be saved in the SD card. You can find an example code in the following link
