LE910 - Requested service option not subscribed (#33)*

Post by GTsapparellas » Mon Oct 21, 2019 2:38 pm

Hi,

I am working with a Plug & Sense! SCP 4G EU/BR and I am trying to get the 4G module up and running. I am attaching the debugging log which is a result of http GET example code (http://www.libelium.com/development/was ... -http-get/).

Two points that might be useful:
  • Network provider is Vodafone.
  • This not a battery issue as battery is fully charged.

Failed. Error code: 15

Hi Giorgos,

What is the serial number of the node?

Could you please upload the following codes to the node and copy here the output through the serial monitor?
www.libelium.com/development/waspmote/e ... dule-info/
http://www.libelium.com/development/was ... work-info/

Did you set the APN settings properly?

Hi,

You are right. I had the wrong apn name. I revised that and the node is now up and running. Thanks a lot for your help.

Kind Regards,

Giorgos

Next step is to get the GPS position of the node. I've tried all 3 examples you have online with no luck. Testing was done outside with the Antenna having a clear sight to the sky. So I am wondering, is there a GPS receiver included in the node I've mentioned above?

Hi,

What is the serial ID of the P&S? y¡You can see it on the back sticker of the node. We will check if it includes GPS.

Hi,

The 5F747C32C8913E07 P&S includes the 4G v2 module (LE910-EU v2) which doesn't have GPS.

Can you also please check if GPS is included in these nodes?

1) Serial ID: 531BBC32C8913E1A
2) Serial ID: 4552BC32C8913E15

Thanks.

Hi,

No, both P&S don't have GPS. They are 4G v2 module (LE910-EU v2) too.
