Hi,

What is the firmware version of the module? You can check it using the following example code

Hi Team,

Yes, the sample WIFI_PRO_26_ssl-sockets works with host, test.libelium.com. Let me know when you get the HTTPS to work. I will work on TCP client until then.

Cheers

Hi,

It seems that there is an issue related to the firmware version. The most stable version is ID811d26. Could you please let us know the order number of the module?

Please fill the RMA form and our tech support team will contact you with the instructions to update the firmware version.

Hi Team,

Not sure where to find the order number? Is it in the invoice?

Cheers

Hi,

Yes, the invoice will be useful. We just want to check why the WiFi was sold with the incorrect firmware version. Did you buy the module from M2M Connectivity?

Yes I bought this Waspmote Plug and Play from M2M with 4 more rigs. The other 4 modules were programmed to hook to Cumulocity by M2M. We got this as is from M2M to try sending data to AWS, Azure, Cumulocity, GCP IoT platforms by ourselves. We arranged a 1 day training session with M2M.

Hi,

Thanks for the info. M2M ordered WiFi modules with ID811d27 firmware due to it was best for their project so that's why your module has that version. Anyway, the Tech team will send you the instructions to update the firmware to ID811d26.

Regards
