Hi,
I was trying to connect to AWS IoT via 4G but in Libelium Cloud Bridge there are no devices associated with the "associated device" tab[/b]. screenshot attached.

Hi,

Could you please check if data is received in the data monitor?

Hi,

Please try to get the output through the serial monitor to debug the issue in more deep. Connect the node to a computer, download the Waspmote PRO IDE, open it, check that the correct USB port is selected, open the serial monitor and turn ON the node. Keep it working for some minutes and then share the output through the serial monitor with us.

You can find information about the Waspmote IDE in the following link
http://www.libelium.com/downloads/docum ... _guide.pdf

Don't hesitate to ask if you have any doubt.

Dear Libelium Dev,

Thank you so much for your reply. I have downloaded Waspmote IDE, connected node to the computer, Power on it, SIM inserted, and the serial monitor shows nothing.

I'm working on Waspmote Plug and Sense! Smart Cities Pro V15, 4G model, (Plug & Sense! SCP 4G EU/BR SCPB-4G-EU/BR: SN: 7D4F10FDC337DEE8), on Windows 10. I use the 4G sim for transmission, to Libelium cloud bridge from there then to AWS IoT. I'm Non-Technical so I use OTA programming (PCS). Node is charged, ON, Sensors antenna plugged in properly, SIM inserted for 4G Transmission.

Programming in PCS is shared in the first query (please see screenshot).

Please have a look into it and guide further.

Hi,

Sorry, we forgot to say that you have to select 115200 baud instead of 9400 baud in the serial monitor.

In addition please make sure that the correct COM port is selected, Tools -> Serial Port. With the serial monitor closed, please try to connect/disconnect the device to check the COM port that it is using.

It will help us to debug the ussie in more deep and surelly we will be able to know the root cause of the problem

Apologies for the incnvenience.

Hi again,

We have just checked that you don't have a Libelium Cloud Bringe License. We have sent a free License to your email, please enable it and you should be able to see data arriving to the cloud.

Hi Dev,

Thanks again for your reply. The problem persists i.e the associated device tab does not shows active nodes in the Libelium cloud bridge. Actually I have PCS basic License and want to program my node over OTA in PCS (As I'm non Technical so use PCS). I have tested my node and the serial monitor shows values which means my node has no problem. FYI: Code in Waspmote IDE and the output are as follows;

Code:

{
bmeCitiesSensor bme(SOCKET_E);

float temperature; // Stores the temperature in ºC
float humidity; // Stores the realitve humidity in %RH
float pressure; // Stores the pressure in Pa

void setup()
{
USB.println(F("Temperature, humidity and pressure sensor example"));
}

void loop()
{
///////////////////////////////////////////
// 1. Turn on the sensor
///////////////////////////////////////////

bme.ON();

///////////////////////////////////////////
// 2. Read sensors
///////////////////////////////////////////

temperature = bme.getTemperature();
humidity = bme.getHumidity();
pressure = bme.getPressure();

// And print the values via USB
USB.println(F("***************************************"));
USB.print(F("Temperature: "));
USB.printFloat(temperature, 2);
USB.println(F(" Celsius degrees"));
USB.print(F("RH: "));
USB.printFloat(humidity, 2);
USB.println(F(" %"));
USB.print(F("Pressure: "));
USB.printFloat(pressure, 2);
USB.println(F(" Pa"));

///////////////////////////////////////////
// 3. Turn off the sensor
///////////////////////////////////////////

bme.OFF();

///////////////////////////////////////////
// 4. Sleep
///////////////////////////////////////////

// Go to deepsleep
// After 10 seconds, Waspmote wakes up thanks to the RTC Alarm
USB.println(F("Go to deep sleep mode..."));
PWR.deepSleep("00:00:00:10", RTC_OFFSET, RTC_ALM1_MODE1, ALL_OFF);
USB.println(F("Wake up!!\r\n"));

}

OUTPUT through Serial Monitor:

J#
Temperature, humidity and pressure sensor example
***************************************
Temperature: 15.57 Celsius degrees
RH: 44.57 %
Pressure: 97790.45 Pa
Go to deep sleep mode...
Wake up!!

***************************************
Temperature: 15.58 Celsius degrees
RH: 44.59 %
Pressure: 97790.45 Pa
Go to deep sleep mode...
Wake up!!

So kindly help me to resolve the problem with Libelium cloud bridge, where I have no active nodes in the associated device tab.

Hi,

Did you program the node using the PCS to send data to the Libelium Cloud? Please program it and share with us the output through the serial monitor to check if data is sent properly. Then check if data is received in the data monitor.

Dear Libelium-Dev,

Thanks for your continued support!
I need to clarify it again;

1st: I program the node through PCS, then checked the Libelium cloud bridge, which did not show any active nodes. Acting upon your 1st reply, I connect the node to PC and monitor the output through the serial monitor (to check the output of the PCS program), which shows nothing. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtU4dPneDYMvih8ih7J ... b?e=nQemsN
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtU4dPneDYMvihook7T ... q?e=nsnHi0

2nd: Acting upon your second reply, I tried to get output by putting this example code
SCP_v30_05_Temperature_humidity_and_pressure_sensor
in
Waspmote Pro IDE - v06
from
Waspmote Pro API - v043 -->examples-->02.Sensors-->Smart_Cities_PRO-->SCP_v30_05_Temperature_humidity_and_pressure_sensor
, here i got output through serial monitor https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtU4dPneDYMviiQHA8fgTvTcU8nH, which shows that node is fine but it actualy doesn't giving output from PCS programing. Here is the binary from PCS programing https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtU4dPneDYMviih62nH ... 2?e=9QLxKB

3rd: I have active licenses of basic PCS and Libelium Cloud Bridge https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtU4dPneDYMviikUlbbKbe0N9Foa. Also, I have an active account in AWS IoT.

The Problem:
Libelium Cloud bridge does not show my node in the "Associated Device" tab in the bridge https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtU4dPneDYMviiuH_L6 ... B?e=yBhmMv https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtU4dPneDYMviiV085DaIDhtMtH7.

I hope you got it well now!

Regards,
