Ammonia high concentration probe no measurement

I programmed waspmote plug & sense (smart environment pro) for Ammonia gas detection. During the test there is no gas concentration reported by the high concentration sensor. Low concentration sensor was responding well. Temperature measurement of both sensors were also reported well. Below was the output during the test.

Is this sensor proble issue or program issue? How can I fix this?

Hi,

What code did you upload to the node? Are you using the last API v043?

Could you please enable debug mode 2 inside WaspSensorGas_Pro.h file and share with us the output to debug the issue in more deep?

Hi,

i have the output from a test with the ammonia gas as well, however i am unable to attach it due to size restriction. Is there any other way i can send it to you?

Hi,

Did you connect the BME sensor (temp, hum, press) to the socket E? It's mandatory to use a BME sensor together gases sensor to compensate temperature otherwise the values will be wrong.

I didn't get any BME sensor with delivery. Quote:1019117 is what i was recommended. Could you please check the quote and advise?

Hi,

Your order doesn't include BME sensors. Please ask your sales agent to purchase a BME sensor for each gases pro node.

Hi,

I have ordered and received BME sensor. Is it just enough if I initialize the BME sensor or do i need to pass anything between the BME sensor and ammonia sensor initalization?

Hi,

The BME sensor is read internally in the gases library when a gas sensor is read. You don't have to pass anything between the BME and the ammonia sensor initialization.
