Smart Environment PRO - CO2 sensor give wrong value

Hi,

I have try to run your code using Plug Sense Smart Environment PRO + CO2 sensor (9372-P) + Temp, Hum, Press Sensor (9370-P) but CO2 sensor give 5046.0913085937 ppm and 0.0ppm. Library Waspmote API v032. I try all Socket A, B, C & F still show that values. Can you help me find the solution for this problem?

Hi,

You're using an old version of the API and maybe is the cause of the issues.

Please download the last IDE version that already contains the last API version (v42) and test again the sensor then let us know the results. Use the example code included in the IDE.

I try latest version of waspmote API v43 still give same value. I also try another waspmote gases PRO board and another waspmote
PRO v1.5 also still give that value using example code.

Please perform one more test. Upload the following code to the node and share the output with us. Also, try to connect the CO2 sensor to another socket to discard a problem in it.
