Hi,

You have to connect the XBee module to the USB gateway. It can't be configured if it is connected to Waspmote. Please connect the XBee module to the USB gateway and configure it in the same way than the another module.

Hi,

Is not Waspmote able to detect any of both modules? Please test that with the default code and the example code to configure XBee modules. If any of the modules work, maybe Waspmote is damaged. In this case, please fill the RMA form and our tech support team will contact you

Anyway please copy here the results of your tests

Hi,

One more question, what is the battery level of Waspmote? Is it fully charged?

Hi,

If the red led doesn't turn ON when you connected the USB, it means that it is fully charged. The red led lights when the battery is being charged. Anyway please check the battery with the example code to do that
