Waspmote to Meshlium communication issue (LoRa)

Post by stefano_t » Wed Jan 31, 2018 12:10 pm

Hello Libelium,

I am working with a Meshlium LoRa-3G-AP 868 (Meshlium Manager System v.3.2.7 Serial number: 16062090443528). I've actually updated the Manager System as I was getting problems with the LoRa check status. Now the connection to the serial port is fine but I can't see any frame sent by my Waspmote LoRa SMA 4.5 dBi - 868. By the way, I'm accessing the Meshlium Manager System through the Ethernet.

In particular, I'm using the example SX_05a_TX_LoRa_WaspFRAME (ide v04, but I get the same results also with ide v06) and the tab Show me NOW of the Capturer always shows an old frame received in 2016 (I suppose)

2016-04-06 17:36:50.445 - ASCII frame
Internal ID:403468794Waspmote ID:node_01Frame Type:128Frame Number:26
DATE:1-1-0
TIME:9-22-46
ACC:193;-41;1000
BAT:6

BAT:6

I'm quite confident I've set the communication parameters in the proper way. In fact, when I try to send a message towards the Waspmote via the Meshlium Manager System, the example SX_03a_TX_LoRa_ACK shows the received string on the serial monitor.

In addition, the Local DataBase doesn't update as well as the External one (this last sounds reasonable as the Meshlium is not connected to the Internet). Eventually, I can see the last 100 Logs in the following format

Now I'm kind of stuck on this issue. Are there rooms to perform a system hard reset? I am not the first user of this piece of technology and I don't know if some wrong settings prevent the system from working properly. Thanks

P.s. Please find attached a few photos that my be of help in understanding the problem.
