Frame log / Sensor log

Post by Shakey7 » Tue Oct 30, 2018 12:20 am

Dear Libelium Team,

I've got a problem on my meshlium Zigbee, it receives zigbee frames on this format viewed in Log windows :

2018-10-30 00:14:33.13 - <=>?#419645552#PS1#196#TCA:4.51#HUMA:112.24#BAT:46#
2018-10-30 00:14:33.644 - <=>?#419645552#PS1#197#CO2:0.59#NO2:0.84#O2:12.90#CH4:3.29#

for two frames sent every minutes by a Plug and sense device with Zigbee , That's OK

BUT

The sensor log windows shows this :

2018-10-30 00:14:33.135 - ASCII-419645552-PS1-128-196-,TCA:4.51
2018-10-30 00:14:33.644 - ASCII-419645552-PS1-128-197-,CO2:0.59

which means that only two values are decoded TCA and CO2 when several other sensor items are missing like HUMA, BAT, NO2, CH4 !

What that means ??? I have made a system upgrade before it happens from version: 3.2.8 to 3.2.9

It could be the origin of all that §#@#%!

So please tell me how to get to a normal mode.

Thanx

Bernie

Hi,

Were the frames showed properly before to upgrade Meshlium?

Could you please share with us the code used in Waspmote and the output through the serial monitor?

Hello,
Giving you the code will have no extra value to diagnose the issue I think.
Before the upgrade, the plug and senses sent frames that appear correctly in the log windows as well as in the frame windows.
And I did not change the code.
Secondly, the MQTT client (which was working also correctly before the upgrade) does not work anymore, in that it does not send any mqtt frame to the broker (hivemq).

I have done many RESTART with no success

Should I do a SHUT DOWN PRESETS ? but then I will have to reset all network and MQTT parameters

Hi,

We need more information, we need logs from the sensor parser and the mqtt plugin.

Set the sensor parser in the maximum log level:
1. Set value 3 in /mnt/lib/cfg/parser/log_setup.
2. Restart sensorPaser executing:

Code: Select all

sensorParserD.sh stop
sensorParserD.sh start
Set the mqtt in the maximum log level:
1. Edit the file /mnt/lib/cfg/mqtt/setup.ini.
2. Set log_level = 3.
3. Restart the MQTT plugin using the ManagerSystem interface.

Please reply to this message with mqtt and sensorParser logs. You can find the logs in the folder /mnt/user/logs.

Regards
