Cumulocity Cloud Connection

Hi, I'm trying the Cumulocity cloud and in order to connectit to the Meshlium we need the IP adress and the port number. It says its provided by Cumulosity but, where? I cannot find them in the account. Thankyou

Hi,

The IP address is the url you have set for the Comulocity Cloud and the port is 1883. You can find more information in the following link

Yes, thankyou. I did that but there's still no connection between the Meshlium and the Cumulocity account.
Despite the Meshlium is connected to the internet via ethernet, the only thing that comes to my mind that could be failing is the internet connection.
I did ping on google.com and this was the result: (I understand it is indeed connected, so don't know what is really happening... )

Hi,

Could you please share with us a screenshot of the Cumulocity configuration set to Meshlium? In addition, please to debug the issue in more deep, copy here the output of the Cumulicity log that you can find in the logs ftp of Meshlium

Ok, thankyou. I'still have to show the logs but the person that helped me with that lats time has been out a couple of days and now is in a meeting :| but I'll do it soon

Hi, I've try to get the logs via FTP and the meshlium IP and the credentials for the log in but there are no logs for Cumulocity
