Hello,

no unfortunally doesn't it start.
Is there something I have to pay attention for e.g. special access permissions?

Hi,

What OS are you using?

Could you try to download the app again to make sure that you are using the last version?
http://www.libelium.com/downloads/docum ... df#page=27

Also, please share with us the content of the SmartDevicesApp.log file.

Hi,

The Smart Device App was developed for Windows-32bit. So it is possible that it doesn't work properly in Windows-64bit.

Could you try to use another computer?

Also, to discard a problem related to the API key, did your sales agent provide your API key? Could you add the API key to /SmartDeviceApp_v2.7_windows32/cfg/config.ini file?

Good morning,

I've downloaded it from http://downloads.libelium.com/smart_dev ... dows64.zip (as you posted on Tue Aug 21, 2018 8:38 am) in this thread.
I'll try to find another computer next week.

We've get the sensors from a partner company. There it was configured for sigfox. They only hand over a list containing the referred "PAC".

Hi,

It seems that the APP doesn't have access to Internet. Please make sure that the computer has Internet access and there isn't a firewall blocking the smart devices app.

Hello,

as I wrote before http://www.libelium.com/downloads/smart ... reachable is reachable.
My computer is connected to the internet, behind my company's firewall.

Which adress (and maybe which port) should be reached?

Hi,

The app is trying to connect to http://www.libelium.com/downloads/smart ... rsions.xml and it seems that it isn't possible since it returns http error code 403. It seems that the app doesn't have access to link.

On the other hand, please contact the company you get the sensor to know the API key. If they don't have that information, they should contact your sales agents. The API key is needed to program the nodes through the app.

As I wrot before: "We've get the sensors from a partner company. There it was configured for sigfox. They only hand over a list containing the referred "PAC"."

They ordered the components directly from libelium. Who should I contact now?

I've now tried to start the app at a 32-bit Windows. It started.
Next Problem:
Problems loading information from Smart Parking device
Logfile:
WARNING: RXTX Version mismatch
Jar version = RXTX-2.2-20081207 Cloudhopper Build rxtx.cloudhopper.net
native lib version = RXTX-2.1-7

Hi,
On the other hand, please contact the company you get the sensor to know the API key. If they don't have that information, they should contact our sales agents. The API key is needed to program the nodes through the app.
Apologies we had a typing mistake in our above message. We provide an API key and a callback sever to our customer when they purchase a smart parking kit. Anyway, what is the company from which you get the nodes?

Was the node turned ON? Please try to turn ON the node and then press the button to load information on the node.

Regards
