Problem with SmartDevice APP

Dear team,

We have problem with SmartDevice App.

The following massage has occurred, when we tried to send information to the node after we added APPkey

«the request has not finalized properly due to an error in the API credentials saved. Key not authorized»

Previously we have ordered Smart Parking, and this problem has occurred with new order.

You have to receive our APPKey from Carlos.

Please inside the folder of the Smart Device App, go to /SmartDeviceApp_v2.7/cfg/config.ini file and check if the app key is correct.

Also, please share the SmartDevicesApp.log file with us to debug the problem more in deep.

Does the computer have access to Internet?
