Waspmote crash/reboot recieving packets

Post by dirkbac » Fri Jul 13, 2018 10:16 am

We use waspmote 1.5 with 868LP module.
We have the problem that we have 14 devices on the field. If 2 or more devices send there packet at exactly the same time one or more field devices crashes or reboot. I seems like a serial buffer receive overflow. How can i solve this.

Best regards

If you send at the same time, you will get some failures or communication problems.

We recommend that you send one by one. You can get this synchronizing your network.

Node 1 send, wait few seconds (5 seconds will be fine), node 2 send, wait....

868LP Example 13, you can set P&S or Waspmote RTC time, and Waspmote wake-up is under control.
