Second Libelium paddle competition

A tournament to promote teamwork in a more relaxed atmosphere. Here are some of the moments experienced by the Zaragoza team and the Murcia team at the II Libelium Paddle Tournament 🎾💥

What did we achieve with this initiative?

🔹 Team spirit: Our tournament was more than just a sporting competition. It was an opportunity for our employees to come together, form teams and strengthen the bonds between them. Team sports foster collaboration, communication, and mutual support. Together, we are unstoppable!

🔹 Health and wellness: Paddle tennis is an excellent form of exercise. During the tournament, our participants were able to enjoy a fun and challenging physical activity – adrenaline and fun were guaranteed in every match! In addition, the sport promotes an active lifestyle and helps to reduce stress.

🔹 Personal development: Participating in a paddle tennis tournament allows our employees to challenge themselves, develop sports skills and overcome obstacles. Every point, every strategic move and every victory are opportunities for personal growth and learning.

🔹 Networking and working relationships: With this initiative, we can interact with colleagues from different departments outside the work environment, thus fostering networking and creating stronger working relationships.

🔹 Fun and entertainment: The paddle tennis tournament was an experience full of fun and recreation for all participants and spectators. The applause, exciting points and vibrant atmosphere created a space of relaxation and enjoyment for all.
