Libelium is giving away vacation days to its team to celebrate the return and re-launch of the offices! #WelcomeBackLibelium

😊  We welcome this new stage with many new features, among them, we wanted to reward the loyalty and effort made during the months of teleworking, giving a Wellness Pack as a gift to all employees.

With the re-opening of the offices, we are launching the teleworking agreement with digital disconnection and flexible schedules. Rotating positions, more meeting rooms and rest areas, to enjoy the Libelium experience to the fullest.

This pandemic has taught us all how important teamwork is and the benefit it generates in every company. That is why at Libelium we continue to bet on a mixed model of on-site and telecommuting for the whole team.

Among these measures, the Libelium Ágora initiative was born, which together with the new mixed work model, we pursue the objective of encouraging more internal debate, improving communication and above all empowering team members.
